Air to Water & Air to Air

Stenters and relax dryers are designed to dry and thermal setting of the fabric at 160 - 185 °C.
High amount of hot, saturated air is discharged through special chimneys. Heat energy is recovered from these exhaust gas by specially designed Economizers.

Wastewater Heat Recovery: Product

With Air to Water economizer systems, clean process water is heated. Depending on the inlet temperature, water can be heated up to 70 ºC.

150 m³/day (Delta T 20 ºC) of hot water is produced daily.

25 % energy saving can be achieved.

With Air to Air economizer systems, ambient air is heated up to 110 ºC. Since air is preheated the capacity of stenters increases without increasing energy consumption.

Up to 30 % capacity increase can be achieved.
